info:

Rhino FPE’s engineers have designed hundreds of fire alarm systems for new and occupied buildings and facilities ranging in size and complexity from a small, intimate chapel to large multi-building, campus-wide networked alarm systems. We determine project, client, and code requirements, develop design solutions that encompass and integrate the various life safety components, produce detailed drawings and specifications, oversee installation, and witness commissioning and acceptance testing. Regardless of size or complexity, Rhino conforms to the most recent standards of engineering practice.

Voice Evacuation Design and Alarm:

Voice evacuation is considered the ideal alarm notification system by many industry experts, but the design is often complex in that the alarm must not only be heard, but also understood. The additional speakers required by these systems can increase cost. Rhino provides well-crafted bid documents that consider all system components to prevent cost overruns.

Mass Notification System Design:

In the event of a disaster, whether on a school campus, military installation, or public area, mass notification is used to inform the public as to how to respond. Rhino helps clients find the right mix of emergency communication system techniques including interior and exterior speakers, LCD information displays, and text alerts.
